I choose to release &amp; let go of depression, sadness, anger &amp; every toxic emotion that interferes with my peace, joy, and prosperity in Christ. I choose to let go of all fear or limiting beliefs that cause me to focus on scarcity and lack instead of abundance and wealth. it doesn&#8217;t matter how often I may sin, god always forgives me and cleanses me when I am open and honest before Him.</p>
<p>I confess my failts and sins to God and he cleanses me, body, sould, and spirit. I choose not to hide, deny, oc cover up my sins allowing them to have an unconscious influence over me. I place on God&#8217;s altar every weight, sin, or burden I am striggling with and I leave it there. I choose to release all feelings of doubt and unworthiness that would get in the way of receiving all God has for me. I choose to expect and receive every good and perfect gift God has prepared in advance for me. i choose to live each day in the present moment, forgetting the past and leaving the future in God&#8217;s hands. I accept God&#8217;s love and forgiveness, and above all, I forgive myself. I choose to claim my divine inheritance NOW! Nothing stands in the way of me and success.</p>
<h2><strong>I am prospering everyday in every way.</strong></h2>
<p>My cup runneth over and I share my abundance with others. Because I&#8217;m given freely, I give freely.  I knock down every wall of doubt, fear, and unworthiness that stands in the way of God&#8217;s blessings, success and prosperity in my life.I choose not to allow my past define my future. And waking delta is very strongly associated with what is called is condyline energy. Which is the energy that the mystics talk about being at the base of the spine, dormant. An as you meditate you awake this energy and it awakes all this spiritual centers and it gets to the brain and it&#8217;s when illumination happens.</p>
<p>It is associated to manifestation and creating your own reality. I started to make high waking delta waves. You can develop that skill over time. But it&#8217;s important to be in a good state of mind to use it on your favor. If you are filled with anger and with other &#8220;dark side&#8221; emotions, the ability of manifestation will not be used in a positive way.</p>

<p>I certainly was in that situation until mid June of this year. For many months prior I had been very interested in spirituality and all that. I felt like I knew all about meditation, the benefits, the importance. .. but when I tried to do it I never &#8220;felt anything.&#8221; It can definitely be discouraging for a beginner.</p>
<p>The truth is that meditation (like any success in life) requires <strong>time</strong>, <strong>willingness,</strong> <strong>patience</strong> &amp; more importantly <strong>persitence</strong>.</p>

<p><strong>Why do we meditate? </strong></p>
<p>We do this to distance ourselves from the current situation and concentrate on nothingness, at least figuratively.  When we meditate, on concentrate on this vacuum, we are able to come out of the distressing present and think above all such materialistic things.  So, this relieves us of all the pent up stress and makes us feel light.</p>
<p>Though most of us know what meditation means, few realize the technical impact and theory of meditation.  The whole world is full of frequencies and these form the backbone of life on this planet.  IT is indeed a pity that very few of us understand them though.  Going on to explain, we all form part of the <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Beta frequency</span> </em>during our <span style="text-decoration: underline;">daily activities</span>. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Most of the time, you probably don’t pay much attention to your awareness. Yet the truth is, it’s crucial to everything you do. When you watch TV, study for an exam, cook a meal, drive your car, listen to music, or talk with a friend, you’re being aware, or paying attention. Before you begin to meditate in a formal way, you may find it helpful to explore your own awareness.</p>
<p>First, notice what it’s like to be aware. Are there times in your life when you’re not aware of anything? Now, complete this thought: “I am aware of. . . .” Do this again and again and notice<br />
where your awareness takes you. Do you tend to be more aware of internal or external sensations? Do you pay more attention<br />
to thoughts and fantasies than to your moment-to-moment sensory experiences?</p>
<p>Notice whether a preoccupation with mental activity diminishes your awareness of what’s happening right here and now.Next, pay attention to whether your awareness tends to focus on a particular object or sensation or tends to be more expansive and inclusive.<br />
You may find that your awareness resembles a spotlight that flows from object to object. Notice how your awareness flows without trying to change it.</p>
<p>Does it shift quickly from one thing to another, or does it move more slowly, making contact with each object before moving on? Experiment<br />
with speeding up and slowing down the flow of awareness, and notice how that feels.</p>
<p>You may discover that your awareness is drawn again and again to certain kinds of objects and events, but not to others. Where does your awareness repeatedly wander? Which experience does it seem to selectively avoid?</p>
<p>Now, experiment with gently directing your awareness from one focus to another. When you pay attention to sounds, you may notice that you momentarily forget about your hands or the discomfort in your back or knees. Try to focus on one object of attention for as long as you can. How long can you remain undistracted before your mind skips to the next thing?</p>

For centuries, monks, nuns, mystics, and wandering ascetics preserved it in secret, using it to enter higher states of consciousness and ultimately to achieve the pinnacle of their particular paths.</p>
<p>Highly motivated laypeople with time on their hands could always learn a few techniques. But the rigorous practice of meditation remained a sacred pursuit limited to an elite few who were willing to renounce the world and devote their lives to it.</p>
<p>How times have changed! From Beat Zen in the ’50s and the influx of Indian yogis and swamis in the ’60s to the current fascination with Buddhism, meditation has definitely become mainstream, and its practical benefits are applauded in every medium, both actual and virtual (Have you ever checked out the Web sites devoted to meditation?).</p>
